Ximo Roca

Born in Valencia in 1958, Ximo Roca is the proud founder of Ximo Roca Diseño; a studio which provides various services for their clientele, focusing on product design, graphic design and interior design. Roca studied Applied Arts at Escuela Superior de Arte y d Diseno, specialising in Industrial Design.

He founded his studio in 1989 and is renowned for his ability to easily adapt to the needs of his customers.

His work has been featured in prestigious journals and national and international design publications, as well as displayed at numerous exhibitions all over the globe. Ximo Roca is a versatile designer who harnesses 30-years experience in the design field, and has been able to create widespread, instant classics.

Ximo Roca has been nominated for various awards; amongst them are the International Design Award in 2001, 2002, and 2003, and the Quality in Design Award at the 5th Edition of the International Furniture Fair (FIM) Award for interior design in 2003. Roca was also one of the 15 designers chosen to represent Spain in the EURO DESIGN book published in Tokyo in 1993.
