How do I know if an item is in stock?

If a particular colour or size of an item is in stock, this will be indicated on the product page when you select a colour/ size. If that colour/size is in stock, then this will be indicated in green text above the price. Below the price, a note will also appear next to a ‘tick’ icon which will let you know that this colour/size option is in stock for quick delivery. If a colour/size option is not in stock, then ‘item available to order’ will appear instead. This means that this particular option isn’t in stock but you can still add it to your basket and purchase it. We will contact you within 2 working days of purchase of non-stock items to provide you with an approximate lead time for delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us prior to ordering to find out the approximate lead time for that particular product option.


Can I still order an item that isn’t in stock?

If an item isn’t in stock, you can still add it to your basket and purchase it. We refer to these items on our website as 'available to order' items. If a colour/size option is not in stock, then ‘item available to order’ will appear on the product page above the price which means that the item isn't in stock but you can still add it to your basket to purchase it. We will then order it in from the manufacturer for you. We will contact you within 2 working days of purchase to provide you with an approximate lead time for delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us prior to ordering to find out the approximate lead time for that particular product option.


What is the lead time of the item in which I’m interested?

The lead times for items that are not in stock but are available to order varies per brand, product and specific product colour/option. If an item isn’t in stock, then we will state that it is 'available to order' on the product page. You can still add it to your basket and purchase it. We will contact you within 2 working days of purchase of non-stock items to provide you with an approximate lead time for delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us prior to ordering to find out the approximate lead time for that particular product option. If the lead time is not specified on the website, please contact us to confirm.


Do you offer trade discounts on orders?

Where is my order?

We take pride in keeping our customers up to date with the status of their order via email or telephone. However, if you would like to speak with someone regarding the status of your order, please call our office on +44 (0)114 2634266 or email [email protected] . Please have your order number ready to help our Operations Team find the details of your order quickly.


Which courier do you use?

Our main couriers are DPD and DHL where we offer a free of charge next day service to mainland UK (2-day for some areas). DPD and DHL offer a 1 hour delivery window, and options for a hassle free delivery. On the day of delivery, DPD or DHL will contact you via text or email to notify you of your 1 hour time slot. Please note, we have no control over the time slot which DPD or DHL will provide you. In some cases we may need to use a different courier for oversized and larger items, but you will be contacted if that is the case. For international orders, the courier will be confirmed to you later on.


Will the courier give me a specific time for the delivery?

Yes, for DPD and DHL they will offer a 1 hour delivery time. On the day of delivery, DPD or DHL will contact you via text or email to notify you of your 1 hour time slot. Please note, we have no control over the time slot which DPD or DHL will provide you. Other couriers may not provide a 1 hour time slot.


Can I choose my delivery time?

There are a range of services available e.g. pre-12pm etc, but these come at a charge. Please contact us to discuss these. You cannot choose your delivery time with our standard free of charge delivery option.


How long will my order take to be delivered to me?

If an item is in stock, it is eligible for next working-day delivery to Mainland UK if ordered before 10 am. Alternatively, you can select an appropriate delivery date at checkout. For items that aren’t in stock, we will contact you within 2 working days with an approximate lead time for delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us prior to ordering to find out the approximate lead time for that particular product option. On the date of delivery, our courier will contact you via email or text message with a time slot. If this time slot is not appropriate, you can follow the links in the email or text to re-arrange your delivery. For delivery outside the UK, we will contact you with an approximate lead time within two working days of you placing your order.


How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery to Mainland UK for all items that are available to buy online. Items that are listed on our website but aren’t available to buy directly online require a quotation from a member of our Sales Team. These items may be subject to a delivery charge. This will be included on your quotation for these products. Delivery will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the boxed items in your order.

We also offer free shipping on selected items to some European countries. This will be indicated on the product page of qualifying products. Otherwise, there is a delivery charge to countries outside of Mainland UK. If you wish to have your item delivered overseas, we will contact you within 2 working days of purchase regarding shipping costs. Alternatively, you can contact us prior to order for an overseas shipping quotation for the items you wish to purchase.


Can I collect my order?

Please contact us if you wish to collect your order from our warehouse in Broomhill, Sheffield.


Do you deliver internationally?

We can deliver to a range of different overseas countries. If you’re placing your order via our website, add your item to the basket and follow the checkout procedure. When you enter your delivery address, there is a list of countries to choose from that we can deliver to. If you don’t see your country on the list, please contact us to discuss whether we can ship to your country. In most cases, there is a shipping charge for delivery to overseas countries. Will I pay VAT on my order if it is delivered to a non-UK country?

No, if your items are being delivered outside the UK, we will not charge VAT on your order. The prices displayed on our website include UK VAT at 20% but if you order through our website, VAT will be automatically removed at checkout when you select an overseas country. However, you may have customs charges and VAT to pay upon receipt of the items in the country to which it’s being delivered. We recommend that customers research this prior to ordering.


How is Brexit impacting deliveries?

Brexit has had an impact on delivery times, but it is brand specific and improving monthly. Please contact us to find out if a brand is affected. You can also visit our Brexit page for further information.
