Sarfatti believes that "Astep indicates the necessary motion of a never-ending journey, the journey of evolution". He uses this idea of evolution within the development of every design and aspect of the company. By reflecting and respecting each step that has been taken in a design process to create products that are truly unique and innovative. Drawing on his years of experience in the Italian design world, Alessandro Sarfatti has learned to respect the evolution of trends, styles, and designs through his work. By honouring the evolution and development in design, they also re-edit iconic objects: timeless works by Gino Sarfatti and Vittoriano Viganò. Their work brings classic designs or ideas into the 21st century, breathing new life into the beauty of them.
