The Verso Floor Lamp gets its name from the Latin word for ‘spin’, highlighting the swooping motion of the wooden arches. Three pieces of wood are steam-bent to form the ornate curves that bend around the light source, partially encapsulating it. When illuminated, pockets of light escape through the gaps in the frame, filling the surrounding space with patterned rays. The inside of the timber structure is bathed in light, creating a warm glow that contrasts against the outer frame left in shadows.
