Designed by George Nelson, the HAY Nelson Cigar Bubble Pendant is a distinctive mid-century design with an elongated, rounded shade that appears to float gently overhead. Inspired by silk-covered Swedish lamps, Nelson reimagined the look using a lightweight steel-wire frame sprayed with a translucent polymer webbing, creating a soft, sculptural form that is just as striking when switched off as it is when illuminated.
