Marset Santorini Outdoor Fixed Stem Wall Light

Marset Santorini Outdoor Fixed Stem Wall Light takes its inspiration from the lanterns used on traditional fishing boats. Designed by Sputnik Estudio, the lamp has a rounded glass diffuser surrounded by coloured polycarbonate shades, held away from the wall by a curved metal support. Unlike the hanging Santorini pendant, this version is fixed to the wall, although the shades can still be rearranged to change the direction of the light and how much is reflected into the surrounding space.

The arrangement of the shades makes Santorini a little different from a conventional outdoor wall light. Their position can be changed to alter the balance of direct and reflected light, allowing the fitting to be adapted to its surroundings. It works well beside a doorway or on a terrace wall, where it can illuminate a seating area while adding some colour to the space. The design also lends itself to repeated installations, with several lights positioned along a garden wall, courtyard, or outdoor dining area.

Santorini is available in White, Grey, and Mustard, with a blown, pressed glass diffuser and polycarbonate structure. The metal wall support has an anti-oxidant cataphoresis treatment, while the IP65 rating makes the fitting suitable for outdoor use. It is hardwired and uses a replaceable LED lamp, allowing the light source to be selected separately. The wider Santorini collection also includes matching pendant and ceiling lights. Most suited to patios, terraces, garden walls, entrances, balconies, courtyards, outdoor seating areas, and hospitality spaces.
