Axolight Orchid AP Wall/ Ceiling Light

Austrian designer Rainer Mutsch created the Orchid Wall/ Ceiling Light for lighting brand Axolight. Mutsch drew inspiration for the collection, which mirrors the delicate beauty of the orchid flower. The fixture is characterised by its conical diffuser that mimics the funnel of a flower. This sculptural design allows the Orchid Wall/ Ceiling Light to add a decorative presence to any space, even when not in use.

The Orchid Wall/Ceiling Light can be positioned to offer either direct or indirect lighting. The conical shade guides light into a wide beam. This broad spread of light is perfect for task lighting, used to illuminate a table in a bright, functional glow. When illuminated, the Orchid bathes the surface it sits on in a soft, ambient light, adding to the luminaire’s decorative aesthetic. Display individually, in pairs to frame a doorway, or in rows to provide uniform lighting.
