Artemide Pirce

The Pirce Collection was created by Giuseppe Maurizio Scutellà in collaboration with Artemide in 2008. The collection encompasses Scutellà’s concept of light: Light, poetic, and immaterial. Characterised by its elegant and flowing twirls, the Pirce adds a sculptural presence to any space. With slim discs that merge into spirals, each piece offers its audience multiple points of view, appearing differently depending on the angle it’s viewed. The Pirce Collection was originally released in halogen before being reimagined with an LED light source for an eco-friendly and energy-efficient light.

The Pirce Collection includes a Wall Light, Micro Wall Light, Suspension, Mini Suspension, Ceiling Light, and Mini Ceiling Light. Each piece appears lightweight and ornate, for a sculpturesque appearance even when not in use. When switched on, the swirling shade reflects and refracts light for a captivating play of light and shadow. Display above a dining table or in clusters in an entrance hall or stairwell for a showstopping display. In commercial spaces, the Pirce Collection suits contemporary hotel and restaurant settings, adding a sophisticated touch while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
