Warm Nordic Trombone Table Lamp

The Trombone Table Lamp was designed by Danish designer Jo Hammerborg in 1966. This lamp became one of Hammond's personal triumphs in lighting design after he faced various technical challenges during the design process. He eventually succeeded and enjoyed his success so much that The Trombone ended up taking pride of place in his own home for many years. The table lamp is distinguished by its cylindrical shade which is held by a simple metal frame that resembles a trombone slide.

The Trombone table light is available in either a brass or aluminium finish and has a shade that can be tilted up and down. This makes this lamp perfect for task lighting in an office or as a reading light on a bedside table. The lampshade also features beautiful, slim perforations which allow the light to escape, creating a mesmerising pattern and glow.
