Designed in 1953, the Serge Mouille Formes Noires Standing 1 Arm Floor Lamp is a distilled study in line, balance and movement within the wider Formes Noires family. A slim steel mast rises from a tripod base with capped feet, supporting a single angled arm and hand formed aluminium shade, all brought together by the designer's signature brass ball joint. This discreet articulation allows the reflector to tilt and swivel so the lamp can change posture, casting light where it is needed while retaining a clear, minimal silhouette that echoes the Tripod desk lamp.

Reissued by Editions Serge Mouille in France using original moulds and techniques, the Formes Noires Standing 1 Arm Floor Lamp is available in black with a bright white interior that efficiently reflects light.
