Santa & Cole FAD Table Lamp

The FAD table lamp was originally designed by Miguel Milá for the Fostering Arts and Design Association (FAD) in Barcelona. The FAD Association, founded in 1903, was concerned about the consequences of industrialisation in Spain and over the decades, was an advocate for Spanish architecture and projective arts.

The table light has a small cylindrical stem, made of oak, which is hollow with four openings and balances the white linen lampshade at the top. The base features a cross shape and has the same dimensions as the lampshade's lower circumference. Available in two sizes, the smaller FAD Menor and the larger FAD, the table lamp is ideal for small spaces, in residential, commercial or hospitality settings. The FAD Menor comes with an on/off switch whereas the FAD has a dimmer switch to control light intensity. The FAD collection also includes the FAD floor lamp, which has an adjustable height.
