Marset Zenc Pendant Light

Marset Zenc Pendant Light is a pendant by Joan Gaspar, inspired by the water tanks found on New York rooftops. The shade has a rounded industrial form with visible joint detailing and a textured outer surface, giving it the appearance of zinc or painted metal. Despite that reference, the shade is made from bi-injected rotary moulded polyethene, with a coloured exterior and a smooth satin white interior.

The white inner layer helps the light bounce from inside the shade, while the coloured exterior gives the pendant its character when switched off. Zenc can be used as a single pendant over a dining table, kitchen island, hallway, or reception area, or installed in groups at different heights and colours. The colour range includes White, Grey, Red, Sky Blue, Pale Pink, and Pale Yellow, allowing the pendant to sit quietly in a scheme or become a stronger colour accent.

Zenc is hardwired with a black electrical cord and a black ceiling canopy. The pendant is dimmable via mains phase dimming when used with a suitable dimmable lamp and compatible dimming setup. Most suited to dining rooms, kitchens, hallways, reception rooms, restaurants, bars, hotels, and commercial interiors where a rounded pendant can bring colour, texture, and a softened industrial reference.
