Marset Pleat Box 36 LED Pendant

Marset Pleat Box 36 LED Pendant is a mid-sized handcrafted ceramic pendant by Xavier Mañosa and Mashallah for Marset. The Pleat Box design began with a digitally designed fabric crease applied to a ceramic form, creating the folded upper edge and soft, hanging shape of the shade. Each shade is handcrafted, giving the pendant a material quality that is central to the design rather than just a finish.

The Pleat Box 36 has enough scale for a dining table, kitchen island, counter, or seating area, without feeling as dominant as the 47. Its lower, wider ceramic shade gives it presence above a surface, and the integrated LED keeps the light source hidden inside the form. The shade is available in a range of exterior finishes, with glossy white enamel or 24-carat gold plated interiors depending on the variant. White keeps the light clearer, while gold gives the shade a warmer glow.

This LED version is hardwired with a black fabric cord and a ceramic canopy in the same colour as the chosen shade. The integrated 2700K LED provides warm indirect light and is dimmable via mains phase dimming, with DALI-2 dimming and 3000K options available upon request. Most suited to dining rooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, restaurants, hotels, bars, and interiors where a ceramic pendant needs presence without becoming the largest fitting in the room.
