Marset Konoha LED Wall Light
Marset Konoha LED Wall Light is an adjustable wall light by George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg, created as a compact fitting for both ambient light and reading light. The design uses a painted shade with a small directed spotlight underneath, allowing the light to be aimed in different ways throughout the day. Its shape is simple, but the way the spotlight moves gives it more use than a fixed wall light.
When the spotlight is aimed upwards, the shade reflects the light and creates a softer ambient glow. Turned downwards, it gives a more direct beam for reading beside a bed, chair, or small seating area. The spotlight rotates through 330 degrees, making it easy to adjust after installation. The white interior of the shade helps reflect the light cleanly, while the outer finish gives the fitting its character on the wall.
Konoha is available in Black, White Chalk, Terracotta, and Moss Grey, all with a painted steel diffuser and painted aluminium spotlight. An on/off switch is built into the lamp, so it can be controlled directly from the fitting. Most suited to bedrooms, waiting areas, hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, corridors, and entrances where one wall light can provide both soft background light and a more focused reading beam.
