Marset Ihana LED Pendant Light

Marset Ihana LED Pendant Light is a linear pendant and ceiling light by Joanna Laajisto, made with a black lacquered steel structure and opal blown glass diffusers. Laajisto developed Ihana after moving her studio into a 19th-century building in Helsinki and struggling to find lighting that suited the space. The result is a graphic pendant with soft glass globes held by a more rigid black frame.

Ihana is available with two or three diffusers and a choice of fixed heights, allowing it to suit different ceiling levels and table sizes. The opal blown glass shades soften the light, while the black steel structure gives the pendant a clear line across the ceiling. The 2-light version works well over smaller tables, counters, and desks, while the 3-light version gives more length for larger dining tables, meeting tables, and open-plan spaces.

The standard versions include integrated 2700K LEDs and are dimmable using leading edge and trailing edge dimming. Ihana can also be supplied with Dim to Warm technology, allowing the colour temperature to shift from warm white to a lower, candle-like tone as the light is dimmed. Most suited to dining rooms, kitchen islands, workspaces, meeting rooms, studios, stairwells, hotels, restaurants, and interiors where a linear glass pendant can provide soft, structured light.
