Marset Bohemia 84 LED Pendant Light

Marset Bohemia 84 LED Pendant Light is a large LED pendant by Joan Gaspar, made with a rotomoulded polycarbonate shade and an opal methacrylate diffuser. At first glance, the shade has the appearance of blown glass, but its size led Gaspar to use polycarbonate instead. This allows the pendant to keep a large, rounded profile with a translucent outer shade and a white interior.

When lit, Bohemia gives white light downwards through the opal diffuser, while the coloured shade picks up subtle shadows around its form. The white interior helps keep the light itself free from colour bleed, so the finish affects the appearance of the pendant without tinting the main downward light. Green, Amber, and Violet bring stronger colour to the design, while Smoked gives the pendant a quieter, more monochrome look.

Bohemia 84 is hardwired with a black cable and black canopy. It is available in Triac and DALI-2 dimming versions, with 3000K and Casambi options available on request. Most suited to dining rooms, kitchen tables, double-height spaces, restaurants, bars, hotels, meeting rooms, and commercial interiors where a large pendant can provide downward light and a strong visual centre point.
