Designed by Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa, the Pao Glass Pendant is inspired by Mongolian Pao tents. The glass shade echoes the distinctive domed silhouette of the traditional structure, crafted from mouth-blown opal glass for a delicate aesthetic. A custom integrated LED is concealed by a matte blown-glass diffuser, offering functional lighting with a warm and ambient glow.
With a simple profile and functional light output, the Pao Glass Pendant suits both private and office environments. Install individually, in pairs for a sense of balance and harmony, or in multiples lining long tables or worksurfaces for an even spread of light. Create a cohesive theme throughout the home by displaying with other pieces from the Pao Collection, which includes a Glass Table Lamp, Glass Portable Lamp, Steel Pendant and Glass or Steel Floor Lamp.
