Ferm Living Braided Belly Pendant Light

The Braided Belly Pendant is made from rattan, which is expertly hand-woven to form the dome-shaped shade. Rattan is a popular material in furniture construction and is often chosen for its lightweight and durable properties as well as its beauty. The pendant's organic-looking curves complement the organic material, adding a natural essence to any room. As each pendant is hand-braided, small variations may occur from piece to piece.

The Braided Belly Pendant diffuses light from within, partially concealing the light source. Small pockets of light pass through the shade’s natural weave, creating a play of light and shadow. The open bottom creates a direct downwards lighting, perfect for illuminating a dining room table or kitchen island. In commercial spaces or large rooms with high ceilings, a grand display can be created by installing the Belly Pendant in clusters with other pendants from the Braided Collection.
