Ipparco by Artemide

Ipparco, a desk and task light, was designed by Neil Poulton for Italian lighting company Artemide. Artemide is at the front line of lighting design and technological innovation. Combined with Neil's deceptively simple-looking, everyday products, the result is more than satisfying.

The Ipparco lamp has a head-ring with a strong magnet enabling you to position the head at any point and direction you wish. A versatile lamp, that can adapt depending on the need and task at hand, as easy as removing the head and re-positioning it. The light is available in a black, die-cast aluminium head, steel base and stem while the diffuser is made of transparent thermoplastic material. Ipparco also benefits from an integrated LED light source, emitting a strong and warm light.
