&Tradition Numbra

The &Tradition Numbra Collection is Teruhiro Yanagihara's first collection for the Danish brand, introduced in 2026. Rooted in the elemental idea of the straight line, Numbra brings together solid oak, tumbled aluminium, and light in a simple linear form. The first design, Numbra TY1, can be installed horizontally or vertically, allowing its character to change depending on the space.

Solid oak sections give the collection a warmer, more natural element, contrasted by tumbled cast aluminium fittings and a sandblasted acrylic diffuser. The integrated LED has a warm 2400K colour temperature, while the long, narrow proportions make Numbra particularly suited to spaces where a conventional pendant shape may feel too bulky.

The Numbra Collection works well above dining tables and kitchen islands in a horizontal arrangement, while a vertical installation lends itself to stairwells, entrance halls, and taller spaces. Its combination of oak, aluminium, and a restrained linear form also makes it suitable for hospitality and other commercial interiors.
