Pholc Concave

The Concave Collection is designer Nick Ross’s first collaboration with lighting brand Pholc. Specialising in furniture design and homeware, the Concave also marks Ross’s first-ever lighting design. The series reflects his use of simple forms, utilising geometric shapes to combine sculptural ideas with industrial details. The collection includes a pendant and a wall light, both available in four distinct finishes: Ash, Stem, Oxide, and Core.

The Concave Collection adds an architectural presence to interiors, even when not in use. When switched on, the lamps create a welcoming atmosphere with warm and cosy light. The pendant combines functional and ambient light, well-suited to use above work surfaces, while the wall light bathes the surrounding wall in a warm wash of light. Designed for repetition, the Concave Collection suits larger spaces, installed in rows or clusters in dynamic compositions that never clutter its surroundings. In smaller settings, the Concave adds a personal expression that defines the space.
