Pholc Concave 10 Pendant

The Concave 10 Pendant is Scottish designer Nick Ross's first design for Pholc. Ross works with simple shapes, dealing with the precise relationship between form and space. This approach is beautifully showcased in the Concave Collection. Its universal shape is an exploration of a well-known form, refined for a sculptural appearance. With a cylindrical base and a top square adorned with concave curves, the Concave 10 Pendant adds architectural presence to the interior, whether on or off. Available in four distinct finishes, the pendant suits a range of colour schemes.

When illuminated, the cylindrical base creates a direct downlight while the top square directs light upwards for a subtle halo effect. This combination of functional and ambient lighting suits installation above a dining table, kitchen island, or office desk. Designed for repetition, the Concave 10 suits larger spaces, installed in rows or clusters to create even lighting over surfaces while adding a personal expression to its surroundings.
