Northern Snowball

The Northern Snowball Collection reimagines the classic Bauhaus lamp through a minimalist, modern lens. Designed by Trond Svendgård, the collection explores contrasts between form and material: strict geometric lines rise from the base, supporting a frosted opal glass globe that seems to float above a disc-shaped platform. This balanced composition creates a sculptural presence that is both striking and serene. Drawing from the visual languages of Futurism and Cubism, Snowball brings timeless architectural logic into contemporary spaces.

The collection includes table, floor, and newly introduced portable models, all constructed from high-quality materials such as steel, aluminium, brass, and mouth-blown glass. The portable versions retain the defining silhouette while offering added flexibility with a USB-C rechargeable battery, touch dimming and IP44 rating for indoor and sheltered outdoor use. Each lamp emits a soft, even glow through its spherical diffuser, casting a warm and comfortable light ideal for moments of focus or relaxation.
