Glint by Northern is a minimalist yet emotionally resonant wall light designed by Swedish designer Felix Isidorsson. Inspired by the importance of light during long Nordic winters, Glint creates a soft, atmospheric glow through a circular shade that diffuses the light from the integrated LED. The result is a decorative light that gently washes across the wall and ceiling, minimising glare while creating visual warmth and ambience.
Available in both perforated metal and glass versions, Glint offers further flexibility through material and finish. The original metal variant comes in brushed aluminium, brushed brass, white or black powder-coated steel. The glass option introduces a mouth-blown opal white shade paired with a brushed brass centre, softening the output even further and lending a sculptural presence to the wall. Both versions are offered in two sizes and come with an optional cable and in-line switch for easy installation.
Whether hardwired or plug-in, Glint’s compact shape and glare-free light make it ideal for hallways, bedrooms, and reading corners. Isidorsson’s design for Northern reflects a growing trend in decorative lighting: soft-spoken pieces that quietly shape our everyday environments.
