The Le Klint, Model 328 Lamp collection was designed by Aurelien Barbry. The French designer was born in Paris in 1969 and now lives and works in Copenhagen and New York. His design philosophy is “to move objects towards more simplicity and obviousness”, which can be seen in this collection. The classic, uncluttered design is reminiscent of Le Klint’s traditional luminaires. Aurelien Barbry keeps the lamps free from any unnecessary details to maintain a simple yet sophisticated aesthetic.
The 328 Collection includes a floor lamp and a table lamp. Both pieces are available with either light oak or smoked oak frames. The conical shade gives the collection its classic profile, while brass details on the frame add a contemporary touch. The pleated shade is synonymous with Le Klint and can be seen throughout their products. They are available in a choice of Le Klint’s standard plastic foil or paper, both of which are expertly hand-folded in Le Klint’s pleating studio in Odense, Denmark. The 328 Collection can be installed individually or together, creating a sense of balance. The natural materials suit both classic and contemporary interiors and complement spaces with wooden furniture.
