Le Klint Model 328 Table Lamp

French designer Aurelien Barbry created the Model 328 Table Lamp for Le Klint. Le Klint’s traditional designs with pleated shades inspired the 328, which is evident in the lamp’s classic aesthetic. Le Klint has been pleating shades for generations, and each shade is expertly hand-folded from their pleating studio in Odense, Denmark. This shade is available in Le Klint’s standard plastic foil or paper. While both are similar in appearance, the plastic foil has UV-resistant and fire-retardant properties. Over time, the paper shade will patinate, adding a golden hue to the white material.

With diffused, downward directional lighting, the 328 makes an effective reading light when placed beside a sofa. The Model 328 is available with a light oak or smoked oak frame. Brass detailing on the lamp adds a modern touch to the design, contrasting effectively against the delicate-looking shade. These elements allow the 328 to suit contemporary as well as classic interiors. The natural materials complement rooms with wood furnishings.
