Axolight Bul-Bo

The Bul-Bo collection began with the Bul-Bo Floor Lamp, originally designed for the Olivetti Residential Centre in Ivrea, Turin. Created by the architectural establishment Gabetti & Isola between 1968 and 1971, the Bul-Bo was deeply influenced by the rebellious times in which it was produced. The result was a functional lamp with playful and ironic qualities. The Bul-Bo Wall Light and Table Lamp were later designed by design duo Fabrizio Pellegrino and Lodovico Gabetti, produced by Axolight in 2021.

Each piece is crafted from aluminium and is available in a Polished Chrome or Intense Black finish. The Bul-Bo Floor and Table Lamp both feature a heavy base covered in durable fabric. The conical shade houses an integrated LED which, when lit, casts a wide beam of light, perfect for functional lighting. Dimming capabilities allow users to adjust the intensity of light to suit any environment. Display beside a bed, sofa, or desk for bright light to work by, while the quirky design will add an eccentric personality to any room.
