Trombone Table Lamp by Warm Nordic

Designed by Jo Hammerborg, the Danish designer created the Trombone lamp in 1966 and was one of his most personal triumphs in lighting design. After facing various technical challenges when making the lamp, he eventually succeeded and enjoyed his success so much that it ended up taking pride of place in his own home for many years. The table lamp is distinguished by its cylindrical shade which is held by a simple metal frame that resembles a trombone slide.

The Trombone table light is available in either a brass or aluminium finish and has a shade that can be tilted up and down. The lampshade also features beautiful, slim perforations which allow the light to escape for a mesmerising pattern and glow. The table light is best used on desks, side tables and tables as a task/reading light and to add a stylish touch to any interior.
