The Manhattan Portable Lamp was designed by Space Copenhagen, created as a multifunctional piece that can be easily transported around the home. The Manhattan is characterised by its metal base and canvas shade, which interact to create a striking contrast of materials. The columned base, made from anodised aluminium, lends a subtle ridging effect to its industrial silhouette, while the canvas shade softens the lamp's overall appearance.

With an IP rating of 44, the Manhattan Portable Lamp can be used inside and outdoors. Charge via the included charging cable for up to 11 hours of operating time. When switched on, the light radiates through the shade for a soft and warm glow. The shade’s open top and bottom guide light out for a bright glow that fills the surrounding space. A discreet dimmer on the base allows users to adjust light intensity to suit any mood. Display in an office, at a bedside, or in a reading nook to create a cosy ambience or take the Manhattan outdoors with you to illuminate an outdoor dining table during warm summer evenings.
