Around Coffee Table by Muuto

Around is a set of coffee tables designed by Thomas Bentzen who is the co-founder of the design collective ‘Remove’, which has received international recognition at fairs and exhibitions all over the world. Bentzen designed the Around tables with a modern and unique identity, and collectively the designers produce with materials and craftsmanship that reflect traditional Scandinavian design values.

With a practical and Nordic appeal, the shape and frame of the tables make them both functional and elegant, with a warm and welcoming appearance. Around tables work well on their own or in groups of two, three or more in a multitude of settings such as a living room, lounge setting, lobby area or hotel room. The Around table collection is available in three sizes and eight different finishes, giving the ability to create not just a functional surface space but also an interesting design feature.

The wood is carefully cut, bend, glued together and polished to create a unique table. The strong lacquered surface protects the tables from the wear and tear of everyday use.
