Louis Poulsen FJ Elements Pendant

In 2025, Louis Poulsen is set to reintroduce the FJ Elements Pendant, designed in 1963 by Finn Juhl. Louis Poulsen has remained faithful to the original design, making only slight modifications which allow the pendant to accommodate a standard E socket. The new collection includes the original two-tone grey colourway as well as black and white. The black edition has a strong outline and a sleek aesthetic. The white is a softer version, creating a sculptural display that is emphasised by light and shadows. Each colourway has a matt finish for a contemporary look that suits a wide range of interiors.

The FJ Elements Pendant has a recognisable design that includes a shade comprised of two parts. The lower shade can be rotated, allowing the user to direct light to exactly where needed. An opening between the upper shade and the housing creates a subtle upwards illumination. Each pendant is provided with a detachable diffuser, offering a glare-free, soft, and uniform light. The downward directional lighting is ideal for providing functional task lighting, perfect for above surfaces such as a kitchen island, dining room table, or office desk.
