AJ Table Lamp by Louis Poulsen

The AJ table lamp was first designed by Arne Jacobsen for the SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System) Royal Hotel in 1957. With the hotel opening in 1960, the hotel and every single thing in it was designed by Jacobsen, from the lights down to the cutlery. Boasting minimalist and clean lines, the AJ table light epitomises Jacobsen’s style and is now being celebrated and brought to the modern eye, 60 years after its initial release.

This table lamp has a downward light with an adjustable shade so you can angle the light where needed. Available in a variety of colours, including the original Pale Petroleum, the inside of the shade is painted white so you can have a soft glow for maximum cosiness.
