Kartell Space Portable Lamp

The Kartell Space Portable Lamp was designed by Adam Tihany, who was inspired by Seattle's iconic landmark: the Space Needle. At 184m high, the observation tower is the tallest structure west of the Mississippi River. As such, the Space Portable Lamp has a futuristic design, in 4 metallic finishes that add to the industrial and contemporary look. The integrated LED light source is projected down onto the surface below, creating cosy pockets of light and making Space perfect for residential dining rooms and side tables as well as restaurants and bars.

Functionality is a key component of the Space Portable, offering the ability to easily turn the lighting solution on and off via a touch switch on the top of the lamp. The Kartell Space Portable Lamp can also be recharged using a simple electrical socket, and it can operate autonomously for up to 8 hours.
