fLOS Superarchimoon Outdoor Floor Lamp

The outdoor version of the Superarchimoon is an impressively proportioned floor lamp perfect for lighting large spaces. The Superarchimoon Outdoor Floor Lamp was designed by Philippe Starck in 2000 for Flos, and features two styles of diffuser, which are created using weaves of coloured PVC tubes with polyester painted phospho-chromated aluminium tubular internal frame.

Hardened for outdoor use, the Superarchimoon Floor Lamp provides a direct yet diffused glow, thanks to its inner diffuser made from injection-moulded opal polycarbonate, and works fantastically in large spaces both in residential and commercial settings. This luminaire also has a "conduit box" for outdoor applications (this box is normally used by the installer for electrical wiring) and has an IP rating of 55.

The Superarchimoon Outdoor Floor Lamp is also available as an indoor version with a plissé cloth external diffuser.
