2620 Pendant Light by Flos

The 2620 pendant light, designed by Ron Gilad, has an impressive visual appearance. Despite its brightness (11,760 lumens), the LED light output from the 2620 suspension has a pleasant effect on surroundings due to its indirect light emission. The grand size of the 2620 pendant makes it perfect for lighting large spaces effectively through its elaborate collection of aluminium stems and rings.

According to Ron Gilad, the design for the 2620 light is based on the historical Gino Sarfatti 2097 chandelier, originally produced in 1958. Gilad’s inspiration for the layout of the 2620 is based on rotational movement and the building of a chaotic pattern to suggest this.
