Yanzi Floor Lamp by Artemide

The Yanzi Collection was designed by Neri&Hu Design and Research Office. The designer duo strongly believe that research can be used as a tool to design. Neri & Hu always choose to work on the interaction between material, shape, experience and light. The Yanzi lights were inspired by swallows perching on scaffolding. The Yanzi floor lamp is a light weight design, depicting the perfect balance: branches and perches with the swallows resting on top. The bird figures are shaped with a brass body and a glass globe, where the light is enclosed.

The Yanzi Collection includes a series of lights, table and floor lamps and suspensions. A unique light where the designers managed to match warm and cold as well as refined materials. The collection is an ideal option to create a unique and lightweight setting or composition, forming landscapes with a poetic essence.
