Artemide Falkland Floor Lamp

The Artemide Falkland Floor Lamp was designed by Bruno Munari and has a distinctive shape, provided by the aluminium rings that stretch the elastic material and create tension. Murani originally developed this design in his workshop using tights and metal rings, and thus, the Falkland was born. The slim design means that although the Falkland Floor Lamp is over 1.9m tall, it can fit into only a few centimetres of space, an aspect of design that Murani was passionate about.

All Falkland lights utilise a fireproof elastic fabric, creating a soft and diffused luminosity as it is filtered through. This makes the Artemide Falkland Floor Lamp perfect for a cosy environment, such as a living room or dining area. The Falkland collection also includes many different-sized suspension lights , all of which can be used individually or as a grouped statement to increase the Falkland's impact.
