How can I open a trade account?

We are happy to offer trade terms to any business or interior designer/architect. Please contact the Trade Team with a list of the products and quantities in which you are interested, and we will send you a trade quotation.

What discount do you offer to trade customers?

Our discounts are brand and project specific. Please contact the Trade team for further details.


What is the usual lead time?

We keep plenty of products in stock and ready for delivery at our Sheffield warehouse. If something is not in stock with us, we would need to check with the brand to provide you with an accurate lead time. Lead times vary between our brands, as they are located in different areas and countries.


I can’t find a brand on your website. Can you supply it?

We deal with more than 120 brands and not all of them are available to buy online from our website. Please contact us, and we can send you a list of our brands.


Can you supply data sheets/installation instructions?

We can supply data sheets and installation instructions for all of our products. Please contact us with a list of the products you are interested in, and what technical files and information you require. Our experienced team will be able to provide you with these.


What is the delivery fee?

We offer free standard delivery to Mainland UK, but we can deliver anywhere for an additional cost. For oversized or heavy products, we have to charge a delivery fee; fees vary depending on the delivery destination. Please contact us for more information.


Do I have to pay custom or duty?

We might have to charge a custom clearance contribution, but it is brand specific. Please contact us for more information.

Is the showroom open for trade customers?
