Where will my items be coming from?

We hold some items in stock in our warehouse in Sheffield, UK. Other items, we order in from the brand once the customer places the order with us. All of the items we sell are sourced directly from the official brand. Some brands hold stock in the UK, others ship to us from their factories or warehouses in the countries in which they’re based. All our brands are located in various locations around the world. If you need further guidance please call us.

Where are the products made?

This depends on each particular product. Some brands have their own factories in the countries in which the brand is based, whilst others carefully select different manufacturers for different products and components. If you wish to know the exact country in which your product is made, please contact us.

Does this product come with a UK or EU plug?

All the products supplied to the UK come with a UK plug already fitted. All items are suitable for use in the UK. If you wish for your item to have an EU plug, please specify this when ordering.

Each brand offers a different length of warranty. The warranty of a particular product will be listed on that product’s page on our website in the ‘product specification’ section. If you cannot find this information for a product, please contact us.

Can I get samples of a product?

We can provide samples of finishes for some products. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will let you know if we can help you. For trade customers, it may be possible for us to also source samples of a whole product. Please contact our Trade Team at [email protected] to ask whether this is possible for a specific item.
