Tala

Tala are a British lighting design brand that was founded in 2015 by three friends from Edinburgh University, Josh, Max and William. The trio's aim was to create lighting that was more gentle on the planet. Based in London, Tala designs and manufactures modern and sustainable LED lighting solutions, which are infused with the essence of nature and push the boundaries of design and technology. Tala's low-carbon lighting is crafted from high-quality materials that are not only easy to maintain but can also be effortlessly disassembled in order to be recycled at the end of their life.

Every single Tala lighting bulb is crafted from glass, utilising beautiful borosilicate glass for the complex, mouth-blown forms, and soda lime for the smaller, uniform shapes. Their designs combine elegant forms with warm materials and ambient illumination. They use high-quality, recyclable materials like aluminium and hardwoods, ensuring longevity and reducing the need for frequent replacements. The Tala lighting catalogue features a range of table lamps, wall lights, pendants and chandeliers. All of which adds a definitive touch of British design to your space, with the knowledge that each product is gentle on the planet.
