Muuto Strand

The Muuto Strand collection was designed by Benjamin Hubert and features a range of cloud-like lighting solutions. Each Strand luminaire consists of a steel structure that has been sprayed with cocoon resin to create the shade and produce an elegant aesthetic. The result is an ambient light emission that brings comfort and harmony to any room. Muuto Strand broadcasts a soft and playful form with a modern expression, easily adapting to a wide range of interiors.

These lighting solutions provide you with either an indirect or direct diffused illumination, depending on your chosen shade. The Strand Closed shade results in an evenly dispersed glow, whereas the Strand Open shade projects much of its light downwards, which results in a more direct illumination. The Muuto Strand collection offers two pendants in various sizes and, as a 2023 addition, a table lamp in two sizes. Each of these applications adapts beautifully to residential and commercial settings, a great way to illuminate living rooms, dining spaces, entryways, hotels, restaurants and offices.
