Moooi Prop

The Prop Collection was created by Dutch designer Bertjan Pot for Moooi. The Collection, which includes a Single Horizontal, Double Horizontal, Single Round, and Double Round Suspension. The collection is named after props found in films or plays and references the theatrical appearance of each suspension. Bertjan Pot is known for his experimental approach to design, which leads to innovative and creative products. With carefully considered elements, the Prop Collection is an excellent example of this ethos. Bertjan Pot tested alternative ways to utilise LEDs while maintaining a classic aesthetic. On each suspension, multiple LEDs are housed within glass bulbs. These bulbs create the appearance of traditional incandescent lights, while providing the sustainability of modern LEDs.

When illuminated, the Prop Collection creates a warm glow, with the large number of LEDs providing an even, functional lighting.
