Designed by Philippe Starck & Eugeni Quitllet, the Kartell A.I. collection was the first furniture collection designed using artificial intelligence. The duo created an algorithm that would allow the computer to create a comfortable chair with structural strength to pass certification and achieve the quality standards of a designer furniture. Available as a chair or stool, all products in the A.I. range are crafted from 100% recycled thermoplastic technopolymer and offer a variety of finishes.
A.I. expertly combines technology and sustainability, and the cutting-edge design utilises production offcuts, ensuring fewer materials are used and, therefore, minimising waste. These seating solutions prioritise comfort - a sustainable and eco-conscious piece of furniture that is enduring and made to last. The Kartell A.I. collection can be utilised in indoor and outdoor settings, making it perfect for al fresco dining or in kitchens and dressing rooms.
