Design For The People Stay

The Stay Collection was created by Danish designer Maria Berntsen. Berntsen is renowned for creating pieces for daily use, with “nerve, functionality, and identity”. The Stay Collection encapsulates this approach with design, perfectly balancing form and function. With an uncluttered design and sleek profile, each luminaire blends seamlessly into minimalistic, contemporary interiors. The Stay Collection includes a wall light and a floor lamp, which are both available in a lustrous black finish.

The Stay emits a soft and comfortable light both upwards and downwards, perfect for use as a functional task light. Both the wall light and the floor lamp feature an adjustable head, allowing the user to direct the light to exactly where it’s needed. An integrated on/ off switch is located on the lamp to maintain the typically minimalistic Nordic design aesthetic. Utilise the Stay lamps as a reading light beside a bed, sofa, or office. Alternatively, display the wall light in rows lining a hallway, or in pairs framing a door to create a sense of balance.
