Artemide Ripple

The Ripple Collection, designed by BIG, is an open, modular, and scalable collection that offers both lighting and acoustic solutions. Combining technological innovation and compositional intelligence, the collection’s seemingly simple aesthetic is full of potential, perfect for retail environments and office spaces. The basic frame is a circular ring which can be installed in multiples for increasingly complex customised solutions. These structures can be enhanced by adding a diffuser, which creates warm, diffused light and, in addition, adds sound absorption properties.

The Ripple Collection includes a single suspension and a Cluster 3 Suspension, which combines three rings of different sizes. Install individually or in large compositions for a strong geometric, architectural presence that will perfectly fit the surrounding space. When illuminated, the LED light source produced a bright glow that fills the room with light. The sound-absorbing properties contribute towards acoustic comfort, which makes the Ripple Collection an ideal solution for busy restaurants, contemporary boutiques, or office spaces.
