Artemide Gople

Artemide Gople Family is built around an elementary shape that enhances the beauty of the hand-made blown glass, translated by BIG, Bjarke Ingels Group, into suspension, ceiling, table, and floor versions. The collection keeps the focus on the diffuser.

The white version is made following an age-old Venetian technique that fuses white glass with crystal during blowing, making each piece unique. The blue, copper, bronze, and silver versions are made using an innovative and sustainable metal vacuum deposition process, PVD, which gives the glass its finish.

Artemide Gople Family also includes a portable version, where Gople’s characteristic diffuser is made of plastic in order to stand up to use in a wide range of spaces and situations. Across the collection, the forms move from compact portable lighting to larger interior pieces, with the portable model recognised by the Archiproducts Design Awards 2020 and other versions in the range recognised by the MUUUZ International Awards and Interior Design Best of Year Awards.

Best suited for living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, and other interiors where a consistent lighting scheme can combine decorative form with soft ambient light.
