Artemide Discovery

The Artemide Discovery collection is a series of stylish and functional lighting solutions by Ernesto Gismondi. Awarded the Compasso d’Oro prize in 2018, Discovery is an unobtrusive and seemingly absent element that seems to blend into its surroundings until illuminated. Its spherical structure can be supplied in a range of sizes and finishes, including black, bronze or aluminium, and houses a transparent PMMA surface. This design allows you to formulate a calming contemporary oasis, while the dimming capabilities mean you can further personalise the ambience.

The integrated LEDS of the Artemide Discovery emit an illumination out of both sides of the design, producing a direct and indirect glow. The result is a stylish accent lighting solution that can be utilised in both contemporary residential and commercial settings, as well as independently or alongside other luminaires in the collection.
