Tolomeo Paralume Outdoor extends Artemide’s most recognisable task light language into exterior spaces, retaining the iconic articulated structure while adapting materials and details for outdoor use. The light source is housed within an opal diffusing unit inside a transparent IP65 enclosure that recalls traditional oil lamps, with strengthened arms and joints to withstand exterior conditions and increased lever loads. The result is a family that feels familiar to anyone who knows Tolomeo indoors, yet is engineered specifically for terraces, gardens and hospitality settings.

The Paralume Outdoor range is available as a floor standing version, a suspension and a hook variant, each using a 20W integrated LED source at 3000K with high efficiency and CRI 90. The bodies can be used with or without the dedicated 52cm shades, which are manufactured from durable, washable outdoor grade materials. Shades are available as separate accessories in spun white, woven dove grey and black finishes to suit different atmospheres and levels of visual presence.

Tolomeo Paralume Outdoor works equally well in domestic and contract projects, from private patios through to restaurant terraces and hotel courtyards.
