Tetragono is an exterior lighting family from Artemide that treats the luminaire as a simple architectural volume.
Designed by Ernesto Gismondi, the range is built around a square aluminium profile with a sealed polycarbonate head, providing controlled radial light distribution in a compact footprint. The geometry is deliberately minimal, reading as a clean grey anthracite column or block that sits quietly alongside architecture and landscape.
The family comprises floor mounted bollards in two heights, 45cm and 90cm, and a wall mounted version using the same 13 × 13cm footprint. All versions use a 15W integrated LED light source at 3000K with metalised polycarbonate reflectors and a UV resistant, impact resistant diffuser. With IP65 protection and IK10 impact resistance, Tetragono is engineered for exposed exterior environments, from residential pathways through to hospitality and small public realm schemes.
Tetragono works particularly well where simple, repeatable elements are needed to define routes, mark level changes or pick out entrances. Floor versions can line paths, driveways or terraces, while the wall model provides a matching solution for facades, stair cores or external circulation.
