The Muuto Top Pendant was designed by Big-Game Studio, which was launched in 2004 and is made up of three individuals based in Switzerland. This design is described as a 'contemporary re-interpretation of the archetypal cone-shaped pendant'. This versatile series of pendants offers a vast range of opportunities and combinations of both sizes and finishes.

The spun aluminium material has a glossy, powder-painted finish that accentuates its sleek and friendly silhouette. The Big-Game studio has designed the Top pendants with their take on a lamp traditionally manufactured with an E27 bulb in mind. This led them to reimagine a classic and instead use a GX53 light source that offers a uniquely glare-free light enabled by the proportions and angle of the shade.
